As one knows Animux is a complete animation toolset can handle jobs from concept development to distribution of your creative project. We plan to show case some of the best work that has either been done on Animux itself or by the tools included in Animux. That way you can experience the awesome power included in Animux second hand to motive to experience the same first hand for yourself.

Mancandy FAQ

In 2007, the Alpha version of Animux was used to render the Mancandy DVD for Bassam Kurdali. Animux at that point had (most, if not all) the creative tools used to create the Mancandy DVD, along with tools manage a renderfarm.

48 Hour Film Competition

Creating a 5 minute animation short in 48 hours is a tough job to pull off. The demands of such as job really tests the vulnerabilities in your pipeline, infrastructure and planning.

In 2008, in our maiden attempt to compete and successfully finish the project, we were brought to the realization of all these vulnerabilities and short-comings. Well fate had it, we were unable to complete the project.

In 2009, with a global team of around 15+ animators, under the leader ship of Jason Van Gumster (HandTurkey Studios, Author of Blender for Dummies book), 2 renderfarms (Animux rackmount renderfarm, BlenderFabrik), we successfully completed the 5 minute animation short "OVERSATURATED" in 48hrs. We fixed a bunch of things before the competition and Animux was easily able to handle the demands of the  "SUCCESSFUL" completion of project.

Prince Harming to Prince Charming

Animux Foundation has been working on this animation short with a global team to test out the Animux pipeline and develop/test Animation Digital Asset Management (ADAM). Check out the project goals and other details at
